Meet Our Team
Our dedicated team committed to personalized, compassionate and evidence-based women’s health care.
Kristine is a highly experienced Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, former long-distance runner, and mum to two energetic boys.
Kristine understands that pelvic health concerns can feel deeply personal and, at times, overwhelming. Her aim is to create a supportive, respectful, and judgement-free space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood.
With over 24 years of clinical experience, Kristine supports women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery, pelvic pain, continence concerns (bladder and bowel), prolapse, and more. Alongside her professional training, she brings empathy and insight shaped by lived experience, including navigating adenomyosis, birth-related pelvic floor injury, and multiple pelvic surgeries.
As a former long-distance runner, Kristine appreciates the importance of movement for both physical and emotional wellbeing. She enjoys helping women rebuild trust in their bodies and confidence in movement, in ways that feel meaningful and achievable for each individual.
During sessions, Kristine takes the time to listen, educate, and work collaboratively, providing evidence-informed care tailored to each person’s goals. She is passionate about empowering women to feel informed, confident, and supported in their health and body choices.
